I am working in a private sector company. I have got offer letter, appointment letter and all the facilities from the company. the main problem is that the attitude of manager towards junior is so uneasy. I have got better job now but new company wants me to join as soon as possible. May be in 3 to 4 days. But I am bound with notice period of 15 days. Please clarify me how to resign this job so I can join in my new job.

There are two ways,One request your manager for early relief.
But seeing what you have written i doubt it.
Other is tell your new form that 15 days notice is official policy and I would like to leave my employer by following all rules.
The new form may actually appreciate that you are not kicking off the old firm and running away.
be open and speak to them clearly and get their ok for 15 days notice.

Hi, Other option is you can 15 days salary to your current employer in lieu of notice period, provided if your current employer accept it.
