I HAVE FILED A CLAIM FOR PF FUND BUT NOW WHEN I CHECK THE CLAIM STATUS IT IS SHOWING THAT REASON FOR REJECTION OF CLAIM IS {REASON OF LEAVING SERVICE NOT UPDATE IN KYC/OK}.
But i have filled that while marking that employee exit from the firm.
And now when i check his member profile via Uan it is showing exit reason cessation(short service), i have approved it with DSC as well.
Can anyone please tell me why it is showing that reason in the claim status ??

Exit is just submitted / approved and it does not require DSC approval
ask the member to lok into his / her member portal, where the service details are updated and it will display the details
employers make delay in submission of Exit details and employees are in hurry to submit the forms so the department rejct the same unless the employer press the approval button
