A person who was served for 22years as a permanent employee in a particular company died on duty due to unknown reason. Postmortem done in GH and FIR filed by police as suspicious death. Employer agreed to pay ₹10lacs and given in writing before cremation. After that he refused to pay as agreed and informed Labour Welfare Office. Labour office served notice to deceased son to appear before commissioner.
Kindly tell me what are the benefits he gets from other labour welfare acts? He was working as a labour and his take home salary was about ₹22000/-. He was a member of ESI.
