Dear Sir/Madam,
HR department is the key department to recruit right candidates in write positions as per to equalize 100% job description.
I observed one situation , HR manager is a lady oriented manager addicted to corrupt and recruitment done wrong manpower in right positions not able to equalize job descriptions atleast 50% thereby attrition rate is high.
I condemn to recruit HR lady managers spoiling organisations.
Before recruitment, The HR department to take precautions as below.
Firstly background verification to be done
secondly screen test should be done (attitude, character and behaviour)
Thirdly Job descriptions to be fulfill the responsibilities
50% success will come for organisational goals.
