Hi,
Please check on your employment terms on notice period and compensation in lieu of notice period.
If you are not in a position to serve notice period please inform them officially and also communicate to them that you are interested to compensate /forfeit salary in lieu of notice period.
If you leave just like that after communicating that you will not be able to serve notice then it will considered as abandonment of service and your employer may proceed with disciplinary action. If you join your new employer without getting proper relief then are chances of your ex-employer sending notice to your new employer that you are in dual employment without proper relief.
So please resolve the issue amicably and get relieved properly.
