I have few queries related to PF creation done by employer and want to know the flow within it.
1. worked in two companies like A and B.
2. Now joining in company C with proper releaving.
3. How company C creates my new PF number. I gave my UAN number also.
Questions are related to after joined company C:
1. Will HR of the organisation creates PF number or organisation will give to their vendors like (excelity global).
2. How they will create new PF.
Suppose (this is my assumption), they will put UAN for existing employees and create new PF number for new employees in EPF portal.
3. Can they see my previous employment while creating PF number?
4. If company A maintains PF in their trust which is not withdrawn, can company C see PF number of both company A and B also?
5. Can company C view my date of joining as releaving from previous companies while creating new PF?
I am raising this question in order to understanding of, background of PF creation.

A similar question was asked a day or two back. As long as you use the same UAN, your employers can see your service history. When i say service history, i mean the names of previous employers, date of joining and date of exit from all of the previous employments. It doesnt matter if the PF was with RPFO or a PF trust!! in case you have lied about your previous employments, there is a high probability of getting caught!
