I have been working in an MNC and asked me to sign 3 years bond . I started developing back and leg pain at night after travelling 6 hours daily . Can I ask my reliving citing health problem . I can’t take a room near company as the rents are pretty high and I earn penny’s .

Have you signed the bond yet? Are you on probation?

No I’m not in probation . It’s been 8 months and I haven’t been trained in any thing particularly . Even I heard bond is illegal in India

Then you give notice as per appointment letter and ask for exit. You can attach medical reports of your condition.

Hi
Further to what the learned member has stated, you also indicate the costs factor in your letter to show the genuine reasons as to why you are opting out of the employment and in case you are willing to reconsider if they hike your salary etc. Hope you have something else in hand else it may not be prudent to live without employment no matter how well qualified a person.
Thanks and Regards

I have opted of so many software company’s and one product based company and joined this X company as they mentioned core designing but there nothing here and journey is hell in the bus they provide . I’m thinking to go for masters instead of doing menial jobs . That’s the reason for opting out of employment . I’m not going to stay if they hike salary and they don’t .
