Hello All,
I am completing 2 years at an organisation on 2nd Feb 2017 and I've signed a bond for 2 years with it. Now I want to resign, will this rest of the duration be considered in the Notice Period of 90 days OR I've to serve 90 days post 2nd Feb 2017??
I am really confused? Can anyone help with this??

Dear,
Information related to your query needs some more clarity i.e. (1) are you with Govt/PSU or Private; (2) whether the notice period is mentioned as 90 days or 30 days; (3) whether your bond mentions anything about effective date of notice period (4) whether you are on Technical Training right now for which you gave 2 yrs bond.

However, Your Bond for 2 years is due to end on 2.2.2017. The purpose of the bond is that you should not leave the organization before 2.2.2017, or pay back the amount mentioned in the bond. But you can serve the notice of resignation and give 90 days time to relieve your anytime beyond 2.2.17. In other words, you need not wait for end of bond period to serve resignation letter, as the days left between dt of resign letter and 2.2.17 will also be calculated for 90 days notice, unless it is specifically mentioned in your Bond.
Good luck

We do not know the actual terms of the bond.
It's good to know you are planning to honour it.
One of the easiest way now is to go to HR team and ask them clearly, whether your resigning now with 90 days notice amounts to breaking the bond. Be prepared to argue your case (politely) that you are working till the last day of the bond, but just giving them your notice of intent to leave after that.
You can take your decision based on that
