Why companies and industries do not giving the information regarding retirement benefits and existing pension rules in their company to the workmen before retirement?During retirement period,the workmen were getting meager amount as retirement benefits and most of them not informing about the existing pension scheme also .

Exploitation, disinformation & inadequate implementation of acts & rules in letter & spirit are the order of the day, not only today but for ages. No difference in this respect during colonial period and today. No sector could be singled out, both govt/quasi govt and private sector all are culprits. India due a revolution, that is the solution.
