Dear All, We have a employee who initially said that he is not well and suddenly one day he sent resignation letter. Is there any letter format to send him. Regards, Snehanayana

Pl. clarify the position regarding the dues payable by him/you. At any rate, ask him to submit the 'No Dues Certificate' from all concerned before the resignation is processed for acceptance.

Dear Nayana,
You may send her official letter to come for the clearance and complete the exit formalities. He / she must not be reporting for the clearance due to the notice pay that needs to be paid and if yes then you may send 2 more reminders for clearance. Even after 3rd reminder if the employee did not respond to the letter then consider the employee as absconding subject to no letter or acceptance of resignation is issued from the organisation.

Dear Miss Nayana, You have to correspond with the Employee in writing to the last known address regarding acceptance of Resignation as per Terms & conditions of Appointment letter, completion of other formalities immediately
