Hi Siddhesh,
As you have left in 3 months time you would have been in your probation period.
Let us know the following:
1. Any absconding process been initiated by your then employer
2. Find out whether you have listed in the terminated status by your employer in their records
In my opinion, as you have absconded from your last employer it is not advisable to connect with them again for an experience letter.
Moreover, you have not mentioned about your Notice Period clause in your mail.
If there is any notice period recovery been given the terms of employment, then the employer will claim for it.
It is better not to claim for your experience letter.
As far as your relieving letter is concern, you have not undergone the exit formalities to get relieved.
Can not recommend more with out knowing the HR separation process/policy of the mentioned organisation.
Regards
Harris

Dear Friend,
Have not you feel ashame of writing this? You have left on organisation, they have faith in your service, you have not only put their trust down, asking suggestion for getting relieving order etc., First, be a good employee, trustworthy, do not shy away for your benefits..
Atleast do not do all these things to the new employer...
Best of luck ... Life is a beautiful file...do not add waste papers .........
