Dear All, Kindly suggest the rules for PT registration for FMCD company under shops & establishment act.
We have our offices in 3 states and rest of the states in the country we have only our sales team and no offfices , so on what address should the PT be registered in rest of the states.
And for the states where PT is not applicable is registration compulsory?

To get PT registration you should have offices. Based on office address you will get PT Registration.

We have offices only in Mumbai, Delhi & Chennai , rest of the states we have only sales team and no offices.
Kindly guide for rest of states on what basis do we deduct the PT and where do we submit the same. Also, if for states with not PT applicable as per rule, is registration required or any forms to be submitted regarding the said states.

Sales team is working from Home? If you don't have offices, then you can't obtain the PT registration and S & E Registration.
How you are processing salary for your sales team, if i am not wrong, you have shown your sales team in these 3 locations for processing the salary. If they are attached to these 3 locations then deduct there PT as per that locations slab and remit the PT.
