Hello friend,
Induction training is a must for making the new entrant familiar with the company systems, policies, environment, people, facilities, business process. Depending on the size of the company and position, it should at least be given for 2 days.
If you research on this site, you will get sample Induction training report.

Dear Mr.Ramakrishna
Induction process is aimed to new incumbent to understand the organisational culture, values, goals, know about various departments and their nature of work or duties, know about departmental heads and section heads.
Based on the induction schedule you may prepare the report on which date, whom you met and what they explained about the departmental activities during the induction time and who are the the in-charges for sub sections in the department.
It is an orientation programme shortly know about the industry where the new employee to work smoothly for achieving the desired organisational goals.

Dear colleague,
What your induction training report need to cover is to convey what did you understand about the company , organisational/ departmental structure, functioning of different departments, its procedures, roles of key people, use of technology- different software programs used and lastly what is the bearing of different departmental functioning and your role.
You need not look for ideal model of the report but put briefly your grasp of the whole picture of organisation which is sufficient.
