I am doing a project on "effectiveness of competency mapping".the act-up(accelerated competency tracking and up-gradation program) is a program through which the competent employees are found out.now the problem is i am unable to proceed further.i have to prepare the questionnaire. Now which book or person can help me in this situation.if possible plz suggest. sorry for any inconvenience caused.
