ESIC - when I try to update Dispensary details the option is not working

I am using IE to update employee IP in ESIC site but when I try to update Dispensary details the option is not working .
Anyone please suggest how to update the Dispensary option for particular IP....

Dear Sabnam, Better to use firefox Browser Version 47.0.2 in that you can edit the all feilds.

Dear Sir, I have also tried to do the same through Firefox Browser Version 47.0.2 but the update options like dispensary, family details etc. is not working.

Hi Refresh your firfox from help> trouble shooting> then refresh. all ESIC option will work.
