As per the demand of work our organisation have hired new employees who are technically strong, having less experience then the present employees of the organisation but have negotiated salary which is higher then the old employees who's salary is increasing as per appraisal system of organisation.
Now the old employees have the feeling of having less salary.
Is their any idea which i can apply in Annual appraisal which will can be linked with the employees no. of year worked in this organisation.

Dear HR colleague,
This problem is created by your own action of not maintaining internal wage parity.
You had option not to take new employees on salary higher than existing senior employees who have proven their worth.
Now at the time of their next appraisal, do make correction in at least deserving cases and maintain reasonable differential in salary between new and Senior employees by giving due weightage to seniority and performance.
