I’am working as a Asst Manager having more than 3.5 years of experience in HR Domain .I did not learn software courses like Sap- HCM or Oracle HRIS…etc.For my current company requirement I learnt partially QUICKBOOKS (Accounting Software) and working on it.
Now I am in dilemma which one is better to learn either Accounting or HR? Can u please help me out on this, which one is having a better future about software courses which can helps to enhance my career?
