Can i omit my first job from my resume where i worked for 1.5 years ,because of wrong end date on releiving letter and ,if i omit a career gap of 3 years still ok i will share the facts to hr the reason of omission , but i dont want to give them a chance to ruin my life.Because if i show experience it fails in bgv due to overlap in employment if no wrong feedback which knowingly employer 'A' has done.
I left the company named 'A' z*** solutions stating my family problems and did not served notice period as i was having big opportunity C**solutions and A not providing releiving letter, they said will provide after one month, then i joined next company after one month i asked they provided releiving letter on current date as that was my last working day and said do wotever you want today you came to collect and the person was HR head and said we going to screw and play with it, smartly they are behaving, i do not have proof to sue them.
Am i doing right.

Hi Reetesh,
Don't ever show a career gap on your resume. I would suggest you to get document date corrected .
Rather you should not have accepted the letter with wrong last working day.
Email previous HR and request them for correction.
