Dear Porva VR gowda,
No doubt many personnel are there in HR domain with less qualification. But it is equally important to have requisite qualification as well as experience to master/win over the department/people.
And initially qualification is required for a footing, then virtually growth of the individual depends on experience, exposure he gained.

HR qualifications give you a right base.
Theory and practise have lot of differences.
Experience gives you an advantage provided you have a qualification behind it.
Experience is the knowledge or mastery of an event or subject gained through involvement in or exposure to it.
A degree/education is a start in working life, after all. Then experience, to give it its due place, will increasingly provide opportunities for further development of the person.
Given the same elapsed time, a course of education will bring a greater depth of understanding than experience can provide.
So while I value experience,Education is the real game changer.

Dear Colleague,
Both ,education and experience are of tremendous value. Education is like preparing body to run in Marathon race. You have to build body's stamina and strength first (education) to win marathon race by repeated efforts (experience).
For those who learn the ropes by 'doing' on job sans formal education, experience is their greatest teacher .

If education is road, consider experience as the tree along the side of this road.Imagine journey on this road, and the comfort you recieve under the shade of trees when you stop and rest a while.
