I am HR executive in a Pvt Ltd Company(Software Embedded Design company in Bangalore),Total strenghth is 23 employees.We have only Earned Leave of 18 days& Public Holidays 12. Is it mandatory that we should have SL & CL?.Company comes under FACTORY'S ACT

There is no provision for CL/SL in Factory Act. Under Factory act there is only one type of Leave and in general term that is called PL or EL (Paid Leave or Earned Leave)
