Hi, I signed a bond of 2 yrs for 2 lakh. My training was of 2.5 months approx and for the past 3 months, I m on the bench. My probation period of 6 months ll get over on 25th April 2018. Health issues started around January but bcoz of bond money that's way too much I decided not to leave but now my mother's health is not good. She has gall bladder stones and dealing with depression. So now I wanted to leave..

In march starting, I told them everything and asked them to post me to Delhi or Pune but they said it's not possible. Right now I m in Chennai. And asking me to pay bond money and serve a notice period of 3 months and then go. What should I do?. I can't even join another company easily with what they trained me on since that software is huge and they taught just a part of it and secondly, no company would hire an experienced person in that domain, and in the north, there is no company working on it... All r in the south. Please help me. I don't have much time.

One must distinguish between personal health issues and parents health issues.
You will have to try and convince the company to post you to Delhi or Pune.
Asking for Delhi or Pune on name of mother health issue is not convincing because Delhi to Pune distance is more than 1000 km.
Secondly your mothers problems must have been pre existing when you joined.
