Fixed term employment extended to all sector employees - is harmful for lower level workers

Govt accept the demands of industrial sectors for fixed term employment and it is really good for high level job but harmful for lower level workers, please see the attachment fixed terms employment extended to all sectors.

does statutory posts be in Fixed term on infinite basis in industries.
