I am an MBA Marketing and HR holder currently working as a US IT Recruiter. I started my career in sales and worked for 1 year. As I had to make my career in HR, I quit my job and went in search of HR job. I was not able to find any good Generalist position despite having good communication skills and the right attitude.
So I started as a US IT Recruiter. I still want to move to a Generalist position. So I am thinking of doing Oracle Fusion HCM training. Will it help me in getting a Generalist position or a HRMs functional consultant position? Without having Generalist experience would I be able to find a job as a Generalist or functional consultant?
I know it's a long queiry but I am very desparate about my situation.

Do not be desperate. Make up your mind that you will win. You have a good command on English which i can find it out from the English you have written. Get in it to any start up Factory directly or through a placement consultant. Do not be choosy in your location or roll position. Enter any start up unit, and gain experience by taking up challenges. The more the challenges you face, the more you will become strong experienced person. Be positive. You will win. Best of luck.

Thanks for your valuable advice sir.
I had been applying to a number of vacancies in all good websites but no one is ending up in an interview.
I won't be able to work in a too low salary as I am paying my education loan. I was happy if I get a minimal salary to manage my loan and living cost. But some companies are offering 10k and 12k which I won't be able to commit. I am afraid I won't be able to make the career I wished for.
Is there any courses or certifications which will help me in getting into a Generalist position? Please let me know if you know of any..

HI, Try taking Certification in Human Resource Management professional (CHRMP). Though it does not guarantees Job, but will help you achieve insight in all HR functions. Regards
