I'm working in Butibori MIDC, Nagpur Maharashtra, Before a month due to medical emergency at midnight I had to admitted my wife in private hospital because ESIC hospital is 45 km above from our location, and it was not possible in midnight and done the necessary treatment in that private hospital.
Bill of that hospital is high which is beyond my paying capacity, I paid it by borrowing money.
Now I have to reimburse it, but the officer at Butibori Dispensery avoiding us. He says come tomorrow, the officer have not came today, or came day after tomorrow, its happening from last 1 month. (and same happen with other people also. ) Please Suggest what I should Do to solve this , and the same i will help to other also.

Dear Friend,
There are existing more than 25 nos of ESIC Tie up /enpanelled Hospitals. As per information there are 2-3 ESI enpannelled hospitals are existing in Buti Bori Area. If that is under list of hospital from which you received treatment then ESI is bound to reimburse.
Sometimes it is also difficult on part of doctor to consider if things are beyond his reach. You meet once if not doing then take the matter to next higher-up but always keep written communication.
