Dear All:
My organization had taken the other organization on long lease.
So in such case which legal formalities I have to complete with resperct to HR?
Do I need to apply or renew any kind of Liscences?
Can we cary forward the PF and ESIC no of the old organization?
Please advice me on this topic as early as possible.
Thanks

Dear Sheweta
Greetings.
Your company has taken over another existing company which is having licences on lease. If this is the right understanding, you can decide to merge the leased company employees in your roll and add in your company as another unit. or else you can change all records and licences of the leased company with the your existing company.
Comparing the work involved you can take the first option which is easy to implement and maintain

Thanks Trisha,
Greetings!!
The organization which we have taken over has its own liscence, PF & ESIC no and all. The only thing we have done is we have taken that organization on lease.
In such case can we continue the same PF & ESIC no of the previous organization. Or we have to register for the PF & ESIC again.
We are continuing the employment of the previous organization.
Pl. Advise.
Thanks & Regards

Dear Sheweta
Greetings.
You have taken the company for lease means it is equivalent to sub contracting, it is how I am understanding. Hence there is no need to bother for statutory compliance of leased company. You can take care of complaince of your company and have a check on the regular submission of contn and returns of the leased company.
Cheers
With regards
