There is no single place / platform which will update you all the topics. Because they are different from organisation to organisation and industry to industry. First you have to select your prime interest area (preferably which is directly related or connected to your job). You have to mainly focus on such issues. You can hire consultant’s expert advice, for which you need to pay subscription fees.
However, if you are asking to increase your knowledge and corporate skills, than this cite is the perfect place to learn and keep updated with various compliance and Acts. Because there are some senior members who are retired from gazetted level and share there valued views / suggestion to the fellow members.
The area of labour laws and compliance is very vast. There can be number of "HR Policies" (which can be different in different establishment). Some topics are very common (PF-ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity, Leaves etc). Those can be updated through the regular study of different posting in the forum.
However, there are some different categories (Industrial Dispute Act, Trade Union Act, Factory Act, Mines Act, CL Act) etc. about which only a consultant can keep you updated.
From my point of view only detailed study of Acts and regular study of related Amendment, Court Verdicts etc can keep u updated. I would like to tell you, this is not a one time job instead it is a regular process.
If you have any specific query on specific Act, senior members can update the same.
