Dear Cite HR members,
I would appreciate if someone would clarify the following queries for a small not for profit organization (new start up) constituted u/s 8(1) of the Companies Act 2013 based out of Haryana state, provides vocational training & has 5 employees and one intern at present:-
1) Leave Policies that are applicable to a not for profit start up. Mandatory paid leaves for an employee?
2)Public Holidays in India (mandatory).
3) Minimum salary for an employee working for 8 hours a day in this start up (Work week - Monday through Saturday, 6 days a week).
I would appreciate if you can provide a legal link for the same too.
Thanks in advance!

National and festival holidays as required under the state rules is applicable.
Paid Leave needs to be given after one year of completed service. The quantum depends on state rules again. Check the shop, and establishment act of your state
Minimum salary is also defined. Check paycheck.in
