As i have resign in my current organisation Truefarm foods india pvt ltd, & today is my last working day, & Now HR is saying at the time of your F & F after 1 month you will get the Experience letter.
Is it correct?

There is no legal or mandatory requirement to issue experience certificate. It depends on organisation to have its own rules in this regard.

Dear Jayesh, you will get experience Certificate after you are relieved from the Services of the company.You have just submitted your resignation.Complete your Notice period.Please refer to Certified Standing Orders regarding Service Certificate

If standing orders act is applicable to the company & if the employee has worked for more than 3 months then it is mandatory for employer to issue service certificate at time of separation i. e. on last working day. KK!HR please check standing orders rules.
