You can ask the employees to prepare skit related to movies. They can present an iconic scene from any movie, For example,they can perform the iconic scene from the movie Sholay where Gabbar is asking the actress to dance and the actor is tied to strings.
This will be a fun activity,also the employees will be able to connect with each other. You can divide them team wise and can ask them to perform this. Winning team will get some food voucher or trophy.
