Dear Aishwarya,
As we don't know what you know about NEPOTISM, it is very difficult to guide you. Hence, I suggest that you read and digest the information at World In Conversation – Is nepotism a good or bad thing in the long run?- 119 Blog <link updated to site home> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) and then tell us how you will go about the task. We will certainly make some constructive comments.

Nepotism in industry / business especially, means showing undue favours to a particular employee for a variety of reasons for different purposes such as granting leave when the employee is not eligible, promotion, performance review, etc.etc Incometax officer showing favours to an assessee. Government official sanctioning something, when the applicant is not eligible. So, Nepotism is prevalent in all walks of life, which we see in the media all the time.
