Hi, I have done diploma and have 7 years work experience in BPO. Now I want to become lecturer/ professor in college. Will I be eligible if I do executive MBA. My Education is 10+2(ITI)+3(DIPLOMA)(IS Branch) and have total 7 years experience (5 years experience in training). Please guide me in terms of further education.

The lecturer's job have no technical relevancy with the BPO experience you do have. However the experience which yo have gained by working for 7 years will definitely prove worthiness in your day to day working, dealing with people and reflects smartness in you personality. People not only gain nimbleness in their profession but notably strength their personality along with from their routine works.
You need to check that doing MBA would help you anyway in getting a lecturer job or not. Would possessing a MBA degree will get you your dream job? Or is that something technical you need to add into your portfolio as you have also done ITI courses. Certainly MBA would help you in your long term career progression but as of now you need to restart from scratch. Think and check the technical suitability and relevancy in your profile.
