I started job hunt after getting relieved from my previous company and started appearing for interviews. After 15 days, I was shortlisted for two companies and one was a big company. That bigger company Informed on call that you are shortlisted but not releasing offer letter.
I have to say No to other company as that bigger company told me that they are releasing offer letter in 2-3 days.
Now even after one month they have not released the offer letter and everytime I call them they tell we need another 2-3 days and dont let my hopes die. And because of my interest to join this company, I am not able to concentrate /going for more interviews.
I have spoken to everyone in HR and their IT department. They are assuring me but not releasing this letter. Now this delay has become very frustrating.
Kindly suggest what should I do in this scenario.

Dear Manoj,
You made a mistake of trying to catch the bird in the bush, while letting the bird in hand fly away. So now you are empty handed.
If they are taking more time, then surely you are not their first choice to join that role, they are only keeping their options open, if the first choice does not join.
So suggest, move one. Give interviews and join a descent organisation. The brand is not everything, the peace of mind and other things are equally important. So put the incident behind and move on...
