Which act is applicable for LLP Factories Act 1948 or Delhi Shops Act 1954?

Dear Yasmin,
LLP, Public Ltd, Private Ltd, Patrnership, Sole Proprietorship - all these phrases refer to the constitution of the organisation engaged in any business activity. What the establishment related Labour Law and other allied Act are applicable to it depends upon its type such as shop, commercial establishment, factory.

Dear Yasmin,
If you have any manufacturing process going on in the company with or without the aid of power engaging 20 / 40 or more employees respectively then Factories Act will apply, but if your activity is into trading or services where there is no manufacturing activity involved, then Shops Act will apply, but he definition of manufacturing process is very wide, so I suggest first you post your activity elaborately so that correct advice can be rendered.
