Some of our employees are exempted with the new increments. I understand that we need to pay ESI Contributions on the new salaries till the half year closing, that is till 30th Sep'2017.
Can anyone confirm me this and share the G.O. Copy.

Dear Mr Naidugaru,
An Employee covered under ESI during the Contribution Period i.e.
April to September
October to March
will continue to be covered irrespective of his Gross Salary going above Rs21,000/- The Employees in question will exit from ESI Coverage on 30/09/2017
