HI, I want a solution regarding control on early leaves which usually my staff take more than 3 times in a month. My organization has 26 employees and we have all types of HR policies, only early leave policy is not generated, i want to keep control on early leaves on my staff but not rudely.
I will be grateful if you can suggest me on this.

Hi Divya,
I was facing the same issue in my last Organization and than i implemented a rule that after two late comings there will be a deduction of half day's salary. After implementing this "Early leaves" were reduced by 98%.
* I allowed two "Early leaves" keeping in mind that sometimes they need to leave early on weekends.
* By implementing this policy... we controlled early leave but at the same time employees are happy to have two early leaves in a month.
