I don’t think there is any special provisions for small showrooms I guess you need to register under shop and establishment act and follow rules laid down under it.

Showrooms follow similar policy as described in Shops & Establishment Act., Contract Labor Act (if contract labor is deputed), Minimum Wages and Payment of Wages Act. Kindly go through the same for any specific requirement you have pertaining to your company.
Working Hours, Late Comings, Leaves, TA / DA can be set by the RETAIL HEAD in conjunction with HR, there is no particular rule / special provision to be made for Showroom, it depends upon the location of showroom i.e. if in Mall, showroom needs to follow Mall Timings, if Owned, it can be open as per Company Policy.
Hope it helped.

Dear Dhruv,
You all must mention about the state that you operate in.
Pl check applicability of Shops act to you based on manpower of 5. That will guide you on leave quantum. Gratuity act is applicable irrespective of manpower. Wages paid must be equal to more than minimum wages and D A declared by labor department of your state from time to time. Depending on category of employee policy for TA can be decided - bus, train
There is more to an org like yours.
