I work for an IT Organisation and I have been asked to design a comprehensive training structure for soft skills and behavioural skills for all employees of the organisation. It would be more of a developmental programme where in some would be mandatory programmes and others would be optional. Overall this would also show some programmes which would enable them to go to the higher levels. Please help me design this structure.

Dear friend,
Earlier, I have given comprehensive reply for the similar query. Please click the following link to refer it:

Your training efforts should be directed to organisational needs first and then individual needs. If you do vice versa, you will have training but it's effects will not be tangible. To make the results tangible and to understand organisation's needs, you need to do lot of spadework. Anyway, for further query, if any, feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
