Dear seniors,
I have a query regarding the UAN challan generation through the Unified portal. While generating the challan through the portal it is necessary to maintain 11 columns excel file. Now my question is this,in the column of Gross wages what entry shall be filled?? i mean to say in gross wages, the information shall be filled whether the Actual earned gross salary or Standard gross salary and same what information shall be entered in basic salary.
what is the effect of those employees whose salary attendance is zero or zero salary?? In the gross wages colomn the Actual earned gross salary entered or standard gross salary. In the same way what is the effect in basic wages colomn?? and how to calculate NCP days ???
If some employees resigned in the month suppose if employee resigned on 18th April and he also absent from 12th to 17th then what is his ncp days???
Respected sirs, please share valuable knowledge as these points creates some confusion in my mind

actual gross salary "earned" during the month from the date of resgnation the NCP days count is not considered, but prior to the resignation the count is applicable
