i am working in malaysia in one company as a software consultant , since last one year, due to lack of projects they have released me from the company and now they are not giving me relieving letter .main hr is in other country and he is not picking up the call and replying my mails.
if i want to join new company i need to submit the relieving letters.
kindly suggest me wat to do.
