Dear sir, I was working in a finance Company and I resigned from that company after completing my notice period work as on 24th April 2017 for better prospects. But my company cannot issue any resignation acceptance copy to me. And without acceptance copy I am unable to join in my new job.... I have appointment letter of my new company.... And I have already miss my one joining date as on 26th April.... Is there any chance of cancelation of joining in company due to late submission of acceptance letter?

Dear sir
very good wishes,as per rule you already full fill the decorum of notice period.you stop going to office leaving a mail to resign on your post mentioning the notice period completion
and join the new comp.there is no rule to restrict you to remain sustain after notice period.
With fear join new comp.all the claim is due from company is yours.
Thank you.
