Dear All,
My company is really good in terms of knowing the basic details of every employees working in my organisation. My reporting boss is CEO of the company and he really want to know the liking/disliking/ interests/their motive towards company/their future plan/growth/dreams of all the employees existing in the company .
Request you all to please suggest how to prepare this report. Any specific format to record such data will be helpful.
I don't want to do it online so suggest such draft which I could sit and fill up all together to present this to management.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Shilpi,
Conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) is one of the powerful tool of Organisation Development (OD). The survey report gives insight to the organisation about the perception of the employees about the organisation. On getting the survey report you may fine tune your HR policies accordingly.
However, conducting ESS is one thing. There are other tools that measure growth of the organisation and to grow the organisation, we need to grow the people. What are those? To know it, you may give a call me and we shall discuss it further. Everything cannot be written here under assumptions.
Thanks,
