Hello respective Team,
My name is Shekhar yadav and I m living in ghaziabad. I was working in noida sector 63 in a call center as tele sales excutive (had to call in UK), i worked there 16 days and they fired me because of non performance(they have the policy and also mentioned in offer letter). I have been informed that I'll be get my salary for these 16 days after 45 days from the date of termination(my joining date was Oct 3rd 2016 and terminated on Oct 18th 2016).After 45 days i called to HR and then i have been informed that they have changed there policy now and will realese my amount after 90 days from date of termination. Now they are denying categorically to pay.
What should i do now sir? Please suggest me.

If your salary was below 18,000 then lodge a complaint with area labour inspector under Payment of wages act. If it was more then under Shops and Establishment Act. They will help you. But first send a legal notice to them and wait for 15 days for reply. Then proceed accordingly.
