Dear Krishna,.
You worked as Civil Engineer , so you make submission of your dues payment under Labour laws. There is legally a method available under Labour Laws to claim earned amount of dues. Please write Regd AD letter, enclosing copies of your previous communication with company, requesting to make FnF settlement in max 7 days. Also, there is a prescribed Application for Gratuity form for claiming Gratuity (as you are entitled to the gratuity amount also) so , down load from net , fill this application and send with these papers to company's MD by name. Write in your letter to MD that if it is settled , you will appreciated his intervention otherwise, you will go to proper authority under law of land to get your hard earned money from company .Wait until you get back Acknowledgement of Regd post and after yopu get back AD ,(a) file Gratuity claim before Dy. Labour Commissioner for Gratuity and(b) for remaining calculated dues amount in Asst. Labour Commissoner's office of area where company is located. Going by brief you have given in your post I find that you have strong case and you will win and get money shortly.. Take help of some advocate who deals in Labour matters and Labour departments for helping in strategic manner..
