Srikanth, a quick comment on the benefits:
Only Leave Salary and Gratuity comes into relevance in UAE as there is no official system of collecting Security Deposit. As regards to other benefits, Air Ticket to home country will come into prominence if the employee is terminated and again if he is resigned ( a pro-rata basis ticket allowance is given). Nothing more. Ofcourse any other deductions such as allowances utilised like housing, furniture (again on pro-rata basis till the time of exit), deductions on utility expenses etc will have to be taken care. Hereagain, it will be depending on the grade of the employee and benefits offered and availed.
