Hi,
please help me in giving ESIC impact on 21000 to client on the basis of below conditions:-
1. Both ESI deduction from associate’s end. / Retaining the existing CTC
2. Employee deduction & Employer contribution / Retaining the existing Gross Salary
3. Both impact on employer. / Retaining the existing In Hand Salary
Please help me!!

You can not recover the Esic contribution of employer from employee. So don't even think of doing it by keeping ctc same
In normal course with the changes will not affect gross wages. Gross is the same. Deductions increase. Or in some cases deductions are now there though it was not there before
If you want your employees take home to remain the same you obviously need to increase his salary to compensate for the deductions
