Dear Team,
Kindly help me about PF & ESIC is applicable to Tours & Travels Company?
If yes then how much percent for PF & ESIC? As per ESIC new rule, if salary is below 21K is applicable to ESIC and if hike from 15K to 21K then also applicable for ESIC? If new hire salary is 21K then also applicable?

till today 21000 limit is not notified by ESIC
ESIC is 1.75% of employee + 4.75% of employer = Total 6.5% of GROSS salary
EPFO is 12% employee + 12% employer + 0.85% admin (Rs 500 minimum) +0.5% EDLI +0.01% insp (minimum 200)
EPFO is deducted on Basic + DA ( excluding HRA)

I want guide about HR Policy, while hiring new employee, we take original certificate against security (if employee left without intimation). I want another method for the same or HR policy for such employees who left the job without intimation? Payment hold is another option but if payment is less than Loan,Advanced in that situation, what i will do?
