Check this and see whether you are paid the minimum wages in AP http://labour.ap.gov.in/documents/Wa...r_01102015.pdf
If you are not paid minimum wages and they still torture you further contact area labour inspector. They will help you get due wages along with his written permission will be needed to remove yo from duty. See the website below for more.

Santosh,
Please give us further details. What you ha e told us is not enough.
How large is the apartment (how many flats), what is the structure (coop societies, individual ownership, etc)
Is it direct employment or through a contractor
What exactly is the torture
Are you living in the apartment block ?
Why have you not appealed to the other society members for help.
In general, cooperative housing society are exempt from labour laws. More correctly, they are outside the scope as they as not commercial and business enterprises. So it's doubtful that the labour officer will be able to do much

Co operative societies also come under ID Act , the victim can file application before labour dept for any grievance, but advised sort out with association members amicably.

Definition of Industry in Industrial dispute as provided in Sec 2 is as below.
[(j) "industry" means any business, trade, undertaking, manufacture or calling of employers and includes any calling, service, employment, handicraft, or industrial occupation or a vocation of workmen;
the cooperative housing society does not fall in the definition provided above.
So please tell me why you think ID Act is applicable to a coop soc.
