UAN 2.0 should be aadhar based, so if the employee want to change any data, they have to make appropriate change in aadhar data 1st

I want to know about which single ID proof should be consider for entering father, mother, spouse name in company records as well and in compliance records.
If we follow strictly aadhar card then there are two option available (I) employee's aadhar card for father name (ii) father's aadhar card for father name
Same for mother & spouse, which practice is more appropriate.

AADHAR is now master document for ESIC as well as EPFO for Member Employee
EPFO needs PAN and Bank account details also along with Aadhar
ESIC needs Bank account details
for family details aadhar is needed for each family member
for nomination under EPFO the member can update family details with any one ID

under UAN 2.0 only employee member aadhar is needed, thereafter you have to get LIN of employee from labour.nic.in
