One Employee has changed the mobile number after registering to EPF. Now he is not able to login into his UAN Member portal as the OTP generated went to different mobile. How much ever we tried to change the mobile number , we are not able to ,as always the OTP is going to old mobile number. Please let me know how to solve this issue. I submitted query in UAN help desk. This is also not able to solve the problem.

UAN Helpdesh takes its own time 5 days approx to resolve the issue,
if the issue is not resolved then there is something error in data provided, resubmit the request and keep the tracking number to track the request
