Hi All,
I have a query regarding leaves. My company is calculating salary based on working days that is 20. If they calculate like this LOP per day will be very high. Before they used to calculate salary based on calendar days that is 30days but if person takes leave on friday and monday they used to deduct four days salary. Is this correct method to calculate salary.

hai
praveen........!!
leave calculation is correct
But Manpower days needs to calculate on 30 or 31 day per month. coz we are paying salaries on monthly bass only, so it is better to calculate salary on 30 days bass.
it will be effective and benefit to employees.
think this and go ahead.
with cheers
